Jobber's Client Hub is actually better than ServiceTitan's client portal for small teams. Customers get a clean interface to approve quotes, see job status, and pay. It reduces admin calls by 30 to 50 percent for most shops.
For any business under 20 employees, Jobber is the obvious choice. You get 90 percent of the functionality for 20 percent of the price.
Scale. ServiceTitan was built for companies running 50, 100, or 500 techs. The inventory management alone is a different class: truck stock tracking, purchase orders, vendor management. If you keep parts on trucks and need to know what is where, Jobber cannot touch this.
